Sintea Biotech is an Engineering Company established in 1987, located near Milano, which has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System that fulfils the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485 for research and development, for the application of advanced materials and innovative processing technologies to the biomedical and industrial sectors; for design production and sale of implantable medical devices for spine synthesis, for traumathology and for kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty in compliance with the requirements of EEC Directive 93/42 and USA FDA regulations.
Sintea Biotech is co-operating with some of the major Italian and European industrial companies in spine solutions field and has co-ordinated several National and European Worldwide Research Project in the fields of innovative technologies, biomedical materials and devices.
In the last few years Sintea Biotech has focused more and more its efforts on the field of the Life Science, developing a series of innovative Spine Synthesis Systems thanks to the wide and significative experience gained in the field of traumathology, orthopaedic surgery and neurosurgery.
Presently, taking part in national and international researches about innovative technologies, bio-medical devices and biomaterials fields, Sintea Biotech is carrying out studies on new biomaterials and technologies for diagnostics and minimally invasive surgery.
